High Quality conscious, state of the art, progressive laboratory is looking for a highly skilled ceramist with solid experience in doing anterior and posteriors, full mouth restoration and combination cases. Skills necessary to complete on an average of 8 units a day which ensures the opportunity to create exceptional results in a reasonable time period. Attention to detail, patience, dependability and artistic ability required. Good written and verbal skills in English are required.

The laboratory is looking for a person whose work would be respected by Lee Culp. LVI Training offered or IOAD offered and encouraged by laboratory. Lab owner is a member of the AACD. Compensation is determined by experience and technical skill. Excellent benefits and retirement package. Low cost of living (top 5% of US, quality schools and extremly low crime rate.

Must be capable of waxing and finishing an above average product, no limit to the years of experience but absolutely must have a good understanding of principles such as support waxing, implant milling and full upper/lower rehab design and finish.
