My client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Dentist to join our well-established practice in Kalamazoo, MI. With over 20 years of service to the community, my client is known for its patient-centered approach, combining exceptional dental care with a warm, “hometown” atmosphere. Their team is dedicated to making every patient feel like part of the family, from the first phone call to the final treatment.
As a General Dentist, you will be the sole provider in a busy practice with a production of $1.4 million. Their office is equipped with 5 operatories, supported by a team of 2 dental assistants, 2 administrative staff members, and 3 Registered Dental Hygienists. They take pride in their 97% collection rate, reflecting the strong relationship we have with our patients and our commitment to delivering high-quality care.

Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive general dentistry services to patients of all ages

- Maintain a patient-centered approach, building long-lasting relationships within the community
Requirements:
- DMD or DDS from an accredited dental school
- Valid state dental license (or in the process of obtaining)
- 2-5 years of experience required
- Ability to work independently as the sole provider in the practice
- Strong clinical skills in general dentistry, with a commitment to patient care and comfort
