Job Description:
Customers/Dentists:
- Implements lab processes, evaluates and plans for case design and fabrication.
- Knowledge of Full arch Implant supported restorations.
- Knowledge all cases fabricated at Dental Lab.
- Communicates case planning, fabrication or any issues with doctors.
- Consults with clinicians in case planning and procedures to achieve the patients’ and clinicians’ expectations.
- Manages case design, material choices and all other technical questions.
- Evaluates all new cases for quality of impression, quality of model and accuracy of bite.
- Ensure cases remain on schedule and maintain persistent and timely follow up on cases.
- Provides general troubleshooting and problem-solving with technicians on technical question or issues.
- Maintain accurate, detailed and clearly written notes on all cases per doctor’s instructions and conversations.
- Takes and handles all technical questions.
- Evaluate digital cases when needed. (margins, bites, etc.)
- Conduct and participate in Team View consulting sessions with clinicians when needed.
- Assist in QC as needed.
- Assist with patient shade & custom stain appointments as needed.
- Keeps abreast of research and development of new technologies and materials.
- Reports to owners regarding implementation of potential new technology.
- Provides excellent customer service.
- Keeps abreast of research and development of new technologies and materials.
- Adhere to all HIPAA/PHI regulations and maintain current certification
- Creates a team environment with the technicians.
- Provides general troubleshooting and problem-solving with technicians.
- Conflicts among employees will be taken off the floor and handled with applicable supervisors, General Manager and Human Resources.
