Position Overview:
They are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Dental Hygienist to join their team. The ideal candidate will be committed to maintaining their high standards of patient care and contributing to the warm, family-like atmosphere they have cultivated.
Work Schedule:
The practice is open Tuesday through Friday.
Flexibility for part-time or full-time applicants.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform dental cleanings and preventive care, including scaling, polishing, and fluoride treatments.
Conduct patient screenings and take dental x-rays.
Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and preventive care.
Assist the dentist in identifying oral health issues and developing treatment plans.
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
Shared responsibility of ordering hygiene supplies.
Qualifications:
Degree or diploma from an accredited dental hygiene program.
Valid dental hygienist license to practice in Massachusetts.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Commitment to high-quality patient care and building long-term relationships.
Ability to work collaboratively with a team.
