Key Responsibilities:
- Patient management and treatment coordination
- Correspondence with our network of referral physicians via letters and phone calls
- Use of Dentrix, medical software, and Microsoft Office
- Managing radiology reports and sleep studies
- Educating patients about their treatment plans
- 60% patient assistance and 40% office administrative duties
Qualifications:
- Experience in general dental assisting
- Knowledge of oral appliances for craniofacial pain and sleep apnea treatment
- Front office and marketing experience is a plus
- Creative practice-building mindset
- Must be serious, experienced, dependable, and drama-free
