Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality dental care, including diagnostics, preventive, restorative, and surgical services
- Develop and coordinate personalized dental treatment plans
- Lead and collaborate with clinical support staff in patient care
- Adhere to dental board regulations, HIPAA, and OSHA standards
- Utilize modern dental technologies to enhance patient care
- Build strong patient relationships with clear and compassionate communication
Requirements:
- DMD or DDS from an accredited dental school
- Clinical proficiency in a range of dental procedures
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Commitment to ethical practices and continuous learning
- Willingness to relocate to Farmington, NM before starting work
- Open to new graduates
Office Information:
- Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5 PM
- No nights or weekends
