Job Title: Crown and Bridge Dental Technician

Location: Lansdale, PA

Compensation: $70,000-$120,000 annually (hourly based)

Our client that is under new management is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Crown and Bridge Dental Technician to join their team in Lansdale, PA. The ideal candidate will have experience in wax-ups, metal finishing, die ditching, and some digital processes. Experience with implants is a plus. Fabrication: Create custom dental crowns and bridges using various materials,

including ceramics, metals, and composites, according to specifications provided by

dental professionals. Implant experience is a plus. Digital proficiency a plus, but not

required.

Quality Control: Conduct thorough inspections of completed restorations to ensure they

meet quality standards and client specifications.

Technical Proficiency: Utilize advanced dental lab equipment and techniques to

produce accurate and functional dental restorations. Must have an ability to trim model

and die margins, wax, and finish castings as well as pressables. Implant experience a

plus.

Case Management: Review and interpret prescription documents, ensuring all cases

are completed within specified timelines.

Collaboration: Work closely with dental professionals to discuss case requirements,

provide technical support, and address any concerns.

Material Knowledge: Stay informed about new dental materials and techniques to

continuously improve fabrication methods and product offerings.

Record Keeping: Maintain detailed records of all cases, including materials used,

techniques applied, and any adjustments made during the fabrication process.

Training and Mentorship: Assist in training new technicians and provide guidance on

best practices and techniques in crown and bridge fabrication.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in crown and bridge dental lab work is required.
  • Proficiency in wax, metal finishing, and die ditching.
  • Familiarity with digital dental technology.
  • Implant experience is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Prior department management experience is a plus!
