Salary: 100k + depending on experience
Job Description:
We are currently seeking an experienced and skilled removable technician with proven experience with the complete fabrication of quality prosthetic denture products.
Technical skills should include experience in any or all removable prosthetics (dentures, partials, hybrids, etc.), ExoCad, able to design removeable from scratch
Responsibilities:
- Design various Removables products (dentures, hybrids, all-on-x’s) along with model building work for partials.
- Design cases according to Doctors’ prescription requests and company parameters using 3Shape CAD/CAM software.
- Maintain strong attention to detail to produce high quality designs that meet doctors’ specifications every time.
- Communicate with our internal team in order to relay design questions or issues to Doctors.
- Help build R&D around digital removables including manufacturing workflow, clinical workflow and internal processes for scaling.

Requirements:
- Experienced user of ExoCad Design software required.
- Minimum 8 years’ experience as a dental laboratory CAD/CAM designer with 3+ years of experience in digital removables (partials/dentures/hybrids/all-on-x’s).
- Experience in analog removable manufacturing (i.e. partials and dentures).
- Expert in dental anatomy/terminology/morphology.
- Strong computer skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to problem solve independently.
- Ability to meet deadlines while maintaining superior quality standards for every case.
- Desire to work at a fast growing, fully-digital lab.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent a plus, but not required.
- CDT degree a plus, but not required.
- Open to occasional travel to company headquarters.
