Job Description:
This full-service Dental Lab is seeking an experience Customer Service Supervisor for their operation. This operation manufactures dental prosthesis, such as crowns, bridges, implants, dentures, partial, and orthodontic appliances such as retainers, splints, night guards, sports guards, etc.
Responsibilities:
- Play an active role in handling customer disputes and ensuring a resolution
- Field incoming customer phone calls related to scheduling, pricing, billing, payments, and logistics
- Evaluate and submit credit requests as needed
- Train customer service employees on how to properly handle incoming calls
- Evaluate, develop, and implement procedures to improve the organization and efficiency of the department
- Maintain excellent working knowledge of company policies and procedures
- Coach and develop customer service employees to meet and exceed call goals
- Monitor and provide feedback to employees to meet performance requirements, including quality, productivity, attendance, compliance and related disciplinary issues.
- Communicate customer issues/concerns to appropriate management in a timely manner
- Serve as backup for the billing of COD cases and case login

Requirements:
- 1+ years of customer service experience in a dental lab
- 1+ years of management experience
- Excellent communication skills (both oral and written)
- Extensive knowledge of company products, logistics, and production scheduling
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
