Job Title: CERAMIST
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Verifying Dr’s RX was followed
- Layering ceramics to full contour
- Approve and or enhance the contour of each unit
- Stain and glaze to match the requested shade on the RX
- Meet quality control guidelines for fit, contacts, occlusion, and shade
- 7+ Layered high-quality units daily
- Overflow help in the ceramics department and the ability and desire to cross-train and improve your skillset
QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
- 10+ years experience in layering ceramics, CDT Preferred, Formal Dental Technology Education Prefered
PREFERRED SKILLS
Ability to modify and enhance each case by recreating and blending with nature. Full mouth smile design, anterior cosmetics, matching single anterior units, pink ceramic gingiva, and implant work
