Dental Technician – CERAMIST – In-house lab



LOCATION: Denver, Colorado


JOB TYPE: Full Time

Salary: 80K 100K+

An innovative and established group practice focused on providing high-tech, high-end adult cosmetics, and comprehensive care through meaningful relationships.

We are looking for a motivated, and talented ceramist. We have an embedded dental laboratory within our practice that services only our needs.

We are high-quality and detail-oriented, not a production-oriented lab.

We utilize CAD/CAM design as well as traditional techniques.


• Being a team-orientated digital design technician.

• Maintaining productivity and quality in a dental practice environment.

• Resolving problem cases through technical expertise.

• Patient interaction for custom shades and problem-solving.

• Manage case flow with outsourcing labs and in-house cases.


• Prior experience as a dental laboratory technician is required.

• CAD Designing crowns, bridges, implants, dentures, night guards, etc.

• Managing processes, cases flow, detailed case tracking, and quality assurance.

• Full contour wax, wax/metal finishing, models, implant prosthodontics, manage our Roland wet and dry mills, 3 Shape Software, Itero scanning, and sintering and ceramic ovens.

• Specific software training provided

  • Compensation is based on experience and skill set.
