We are constantly striving to find teachable moments in the lab on real cases to highlight areas where we can improve or learn from. We receive over 60% of our work digitally through intra-oral scanners and systems like PIC that utilize photogrammetry to minimize stone model work, scanning, etc.

Most all our work is implant-based restorations or complex restorative dentistry cases furthering the need for multi-department coordination and collaboration. Cross-training our team members allows our team to have a broader knowledge and understanding of the cases we work on and know what is needed for the other departments to deliver excellence on our cases as we are always looking to improve

Role and Responsibilities

As our dental lab manager, you will be one of the main points of contact for our organization as well as provide leadership to our entire team under the guidance of the owners. We are looking for someone who is excellent at communication, detailed oriented, and knowledgeable in all areas of dentistry.

The duties will include managing all teams and team members working directly with the rest of the management problem-solving customer issues and delivering excellent customer support to our clients. Most of our cases are complex in nature and also implant based so expert-level knowledgebase is needed to the treatment plan, lead teams in the correct direction on cases and workflows, directly supervise all team leaders in each department, and be an overall vision carrier for our organization.

Qualifications and Education Requirements

  • Previous dental lab management required

  • Strong leadership skills

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Ability to multitask efficiently

  • Able to provide excellent customer support and assistance

  • Knowledge of MS Word and Excel

  • Proficient in dental terminology

  • Dependable team player

  • High School Diploma or GED
