Implant Design and Planning:
- Utilize digital technologies and software to plan implant cases, including implant placement, abutment selection, and restoration design.
Dental Prosthetic Fabrication:
- Fabricate high-quality dental prosthetics, including implant-supported crowns, bridges, dentures, and implant bars, using CAD/CAM technologies and traditional laboratory techniques.
Quality Control and Assurance:
- Perform thorough inspections and quality control checks on completed dental restorations to ensure they meet the specified requirements and standards.
Professional Development:
Stay current with the latest advancements in implantology, dental materials, and laboratory techniques through continuous education and professional development opportunities.
Maintain knowledge of regulatory guidelines and industry standards related to dental laboratory practices and infection control protocols.
Requirements:
- Extensive experience (5+ years) working as a Dental Lab Implant Specialist, with a focus on implantology and prosthetic restoration.
- Knowledge in CAD/CAM software and digital dental technologies.
- Strong knowledge of dental anatomy, occlusion, and implant systems.
- Excellent manual dexterity and attention to detail.
- Solid understanding of dental laboratory procedures, including wax-ups, casting, and ceramics.
- Familiarity with sterilization and infection control protocols.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with the dental team.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing circumstances.
