My client is seeking an experienced and talented General Dentist to join their established practice in Ithaca, MI. Serving the community since 1996, this practice is known for delivering exceptional care with the warmth and dedication of small-town healthcare. Situated in the heart of downtown Ithaca, my client provides dental services to Gratiot County and surrounding areas in Central Michigan, as part of the Smile Dental Partners group, which includes specialties such as pediatric dentistry, orthodontics, and a surgical center.

Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive dental care, including surgical procedures, implant placement, restoration, cosmetic dentistry, and endodontics.
- Utilize advanced technology to deliver high-quality care in a modern, patient-centric environment.
- Maintain the high collection standards of the practice, with an average monthly collection of $100k.
- Collaborate with a dedicated team of 3 Dental Assistants, 3 Registered Dental Hygienists, and 3 Administrative Team Members.
- Manage a busy and productive practice with 4 operatories, ensuring excellent patient care and satisfaction.
Requirements:
- DMD or DDS from an accredited dental school
- Valid state dental license (or in the process of obtaining)
- 2-5 years of experience required
- Strong clinical skills in general dentistry, with expertise in surgical procedures, implant placement, cosmetic dentistry, and endodontics
- Invisalign certification and extensive prosthodontics experience are highly desirable
