Description:
The Porcelain Supervisor will provide leadership and oversee efforts of the C&B production and case
management, coordinating workloads, providing support to ensure on-time delivery, monitoring issues,
and ensuring production targets, Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and quality standards are met. A
relocation package will be available.
General Responsibilities:
• Work to ensure resources are applied in an efficient and effective manner to meet delivery
requirements while achieving quality and safety standards.
• Manage, direct, and coach all direct reports in departments.
• Meet and participate with other supervisors/leadership team to make recommendations
and implement strategies for improvement.
• Identify and mitigate bottlenecks in the department.
• Hands-on production work alongside the department’s dental technicians.
• Analyze, manage, and control hours worked by all employees in said departments.
• Help maintain company policies as it relates to departments.
• Manage, monitor, and maintain equipment and make recommendations to improve
technology.
• Must be able to analyze the finished product and ensure company quality standards are
always met.
Qualifications:
• Certification as a Registered Dental Technician or equivalent education and experience.
• 5+ years of experience in dental technology, CAD design experience a plus.
• Experience leading/managing teams.
• Must possess strong interpersonal skills (oral and written) to develop relationships with
various stakeholders (Team Members, Doctors, Executive Leadership Team, etc.)
