Practice Summary:
- Annual Revenue: $3,600,000 per year
- Collections %: 100%
- Ops: 8
- Participate with major PPO’s/Fee for Service – no medicaid

Benefit Summary:
- Hourly base pay of $85 per hour
- Commission pay of 30%-32% of collections above base rate (current providers are averaging bi-weekly take home of $15k-$20k per pay period)
