We are currently seeking an experienced Customer Service Manager with a strong background in dental laboratory processes and exceptional customer service skills. Familiarity with Labtrac software is a plus. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in maintaining client satisfaction and driving service excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the customer service team to deliver exceptional service and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for client inquiries, orders, and issue resolution.
  • Develop and implement customer service protocols and best practices to optimize efficiency.
  • Work closely with lab technicians and other departments to ensure smooth and accurate order processing.
  • Utilize Labtrac software to manage customer data and service requests efficiently.
  • Analyze client feedback and recommend improvements to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Address and resolve customer service issues in a timely, professional manner.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies in all customer service operations.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in customer service, particularly in the dental industry.
  • Strong understanding of dental laboratory processes and terminology.
  • Experience with Labtrac software is highly desirable.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Dedication to maintaining high standards of quality and customer satisfaction.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 3 years of customer service experience, preferably in a dental laboratory setting.
  • Previous experience in a leadership or managerial role is essential.
