Our team is currently seeking a Customer Service Manager with a robust background in dental laboratory processes and outstanding customer service skills. Familiarity with Labtrac software is a significant plus. In this role, you will be instrumental in maintaining client satisfaction and upholding our service excellence.
- Lead and manage the customer service team to provide outstanding service.
- Act as the primary liaison for client queries, orders, and issues.
- Develop and enforce customer service protocols and guidelines.
- Collaborate with lab technicians and other departments to ensure efficient and accurate order processing.
- Utilize Labtrac software for effective management of customer data and service requests.
- Analyze client feedback to recommend and implement improvements.
- Address and resolve customer service issues promptly and professionally.
- Uphold industry standards and adhere to company policies in all operations.
- Demonstrated experience in customer service, particularly within the dental industry.
- In-depth understanding of dental laboratory processes and terminology.
- Experience with Labtrac software is highly beneficial.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.

- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a customer service position, ideally within a dental laboratory environment.
