Our team is currently seeking a Customer Service Manager with a robust background in dental laboratory processes and outstanding customer service skills. Familiarity with Labtrac software is a significant plus. In this role, you will be instrumental in maintaining client satisfaction and upholding our service excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the customer service team to provide outstanding service.
  • Act as the primary liaison for client queries, orders, and issues.
  • Develop and enforce customer service protocols and guidelines.
  • Collaborate with lab technicians and other departments to ensure efficient and accurate order processing.
  • Utilize Labtrac software for effective management of customer data and service requests.
  • Analyze client feedback to recommend and implement improvements.
  • Address and resolve customer service issues promptly and professionally.
  • Uphold industry standards and adhere to company policies in all operations.


  • Demonstrated experience in customer service, particularly within the dental industry.
  • In-depth understanding of dental laboratory processes and terminology.
  • Experience with Labtrac software is highly beneficial.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.

  • Commitment to maintaining exceptional quality and customer satisfaction.


  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a customer service position, ideally within a dental laboratory environment.
  • Experience in a leadership or managerial capacity is essential.
