Job Title: Lab Manager of an Implant lab
Location: Lafayette, Louisiana
Salary: 130-150k (Depending on experience and knowledge)

Responsibilities:
“Hold it all together” This person will need to have been a previous Lab Manager of 12 or more people. He/She must be a motivator, and mentor to his/her team. Must be driven and a hard worker. Responsible for ensuring that the quality of work is up to par, deadlines are met and everyone is working together efficiently. The ability to have a vision with the owner and work hard to help the team accomplish goals to make the vision reality.
