Sales Manager Director Dental Milling


The perfect candidate will come with significant familiarity with the multitude of dental labs and also the various distributors of dental milling machines are the technology itself, which has been verified as superior to most of its worldwide competitors.

It’s a very flat, small team that encourages each member to be fully engaged and determined to make a huge contribution to the company’s success and growth.

The position is largely one of sales management – referring to the cultivation of relationships with contracted distributors. While there are occasional sales to end users (labs and clinicians), most sales are expected to be through distributors/dealers.

They are providing a sales engagement platform, this tool ensures that the sales position is not bogged down with tiresome research and cold calling – and more time for actionable engagement with potential customers and partners.

The main office is located in California, bay area.

The position will be fully remote with 10-15% of travel to attend main Dental trade shows in the USA.


  • Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum of 10 years of selling experience in a Business-to-business sales role.
  • Previous experience in the healthcare or dental industry.
  • Previous experience in sales of Dental digital equipment preferably Milling Machines.
