Position: Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH)
Location: Crystal Lake, IL

Pay Rate: $41 to $50+/hr
Sign-On Bonus: $2500
My client is seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Dental Hygienist to join a patient-focused, team-oriented dental practice. The ideal candidate will excel in promoting dental health through comprehensive dental prophylaxis, oral cancer screenings, and radiographic studies. They will be responsible for charting dental conditions, educating patients on oral hygiene, and performing procedures in compliance with dental practice regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Complete dental prophylaxis by cleaning teeth and beneath gum margins.
- Conduct oral cancer screenings, probe for periodontal disease, and take radiographic studies.
- Apply fluoride treatments and other cavity-preventing agents.
- Assist in managing dental and medical emergencies, maintaining CPR certification, and emergency readiness.
- Educate patients on oral hygiene and provide post-procedure care instructions.
- Document services by charting medical and dental histories and recording vital signs.
- Ensure dental equipment is maintained and functioning properly, troubleshooting as needed.
- Manage dental supplies and inventory, placing orders as necessary.
- Stay current with dental techniques by attending workshops and engaging in professional development.

Qualifications:
