About The Practice:
- Established private practice with 30 years of goodwill in the community.
- Originally a pedo-medical dental facility, primarily focused on pediatric and orthodontic care (90%), with a growing segment of basic adult dentistry.
- This practice has a strong foundation, with inherited patients and a history of collaboration with pediatricians.
Position Details:
- Role: Full-time Pediatric Dentist (or a General Dentist comfortable with pediatric patients)
- Experience: 2 to 3 years preferred; they are seeking someone who is experienced but eager to learn and grow.
- Responsibilities: Provide high-quality dental care to pediatric patients, with opportunities for mentorship and professional development.
- Schedule: The client is open to a three to four-day work week (8 AM to 6 PM). Preference will be given to candidates who are seeking a five-day work week.
- Compensation: $1000 daily guarantee and 35% of adjusted production.
Ideal Candidate:
- Attributes: Humble, honest, strong core values, and a genuine hunger to learn.
- Skills: Comfortable with high patient volumes and strong communication skills.
- Preferences: Medicaid credentialed, preferably from Texas. Open to out-of-state candidates willing to credential with Medicaid.
Practice Environment:
- Volume: During summer, this practice sees around 35 patients per day.
- Team: 6 assistants, 4 admin staff, with a supportive and collaborative culture.
Additional Information:
- Mentorship: The practicing owner is involved in the practice 4 days a week, focusing on team building and mentoring.
- Retention Bonus: Offered for staying one year.
