Overview:
A well-established dental organization with multiple locations throughout Illinois is seeking a dedicated and talented Oral Surgeon to join their growing team. This opportunity offers a robust referral network, ensuring a full schedule promptly due to the limited availability of Oral Surgeons in the area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform a comprehensive range of oral surgery procedures, from hybrid cases to local and third molar extractions.
- Provide care to a diverse patient base, including approximately 50% Medicaid patients under 21, ensuring underserved populations receive necessary treatment.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Daily compensation ranging from $1,500 to $2,000, commensurate with experience.
- 45% collections rate, with collection percentages consistently between 95-98%.
- Annual earning potential between $500,000 and $900,000+, depending on the provider’s scheduling preferences.
- Relocation assistance available if required.
Schedule Options:
- Full-Time: Choose a 4-day workweek, either Monday-Thursday or Tuesday-Friday.
- Set working hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM or 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM.
Support and Resources:
- Each surgeon is supported by four dedicated, sedation-certified Oral Surgery assistants daily.
- Opportunity to perform 6-10 surgeries and 10-12 consultations per day, tailored to provider preferences.
- Access to private off-street parking at the Chicago location.
Qualifications:
- DMD or DDS degree from an accredited dental school.
- Completion of an accredited Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery residency program.
- Board certification or eligibility in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery.
- Valid state dental license and applicable certifications.
