- Position Title: General Dentist
- Location: Troy, Ohio – Located 30 minutes north of Dayton and 1 hour from Columbus or Cincinnati
- Status: Full-Time
We are helping our client find a talented general dentist to join their growing practice. This is an opportunity in a private practice, not DSO owned or managed in a completely fee for service environment. The ideal candidate will be someone who is open to mentorship and wants to be a part of a team where they can take great care of their patient, function as a part of the team and is looking for a long-term role where they can firmly establish themselves within the community of Troy.
Here is some information about the practice:
- Ops: 12 – Each provider works out of 2 chairs
- Dental Assistants: 6 EFDA’s and 2 DA’s
- Hygienists: 8 (some are part-time)
- Active Patients: 8,800
- Doctors: 3 when fully staffed – 2 full-time and the owner works 2 days per week
- Provider’s can anticipate a full-schedule almost immediately.

Benefit Summary:
- Guaranteed base of $200,000 per year – prior full-time provider was earning above $400,000 with commission
