Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate General Dentist to join our team at Smile North Muskegon, located in North Muskegon, MI. Our practice is a warm, collaborative, and inclusive environment focused on teamwork, open communication, mutual respect, patient care, and staff support. Our office is thoughtfully divided to cater separately to pediatric and general care, serving a diverse patient demographic that includes elderly, family, and pediatric patients. The new provider will step into a well-established practice with an annual production of $8,042,661 and a significant patient base, ensuring a busy and rewarding schedule.

Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive dental care, including fillings, root canals, extractions, implants, cores, crowns, and bridges.
- Manage a schedule that includes seeing 12-15 patients per day, with an average of 5 emergency exams per day.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including a Pediatric Dentist, Orthodontist, and other General Dentists.
- Utilize advanced technology and software (Dentrix Ascend) to enhance patient care.
- Participate in continuing education and team-building activities to maintain a high standard of care.
- Handle a significant portion of new patients, ensuring the continued growth and success of the practice.
Requirements:
- DMD or DDS from an accredited dental school
- Valid state dental license (or in the process of obtaining)
- 2-5 years of experience preferred; new grads will be considered
- Strong clinical skills in general dentistry, with the ability to perform specialty procedures such as endodontics and oral surgery
- Commitment to providing exceptional patient care in a collaborative environment
