Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate General Dentist to join our team at Smile North Muskegon, located in North Muskegon, MI. Our office is thoughtfully divided to cater separately to pediatric and general care, serving a diverse patient demographic that includes elderly, family, and pediatric patients. The new provider will step into a well-established practice with an annual production of $8,042,661 and a significant patient base, ensuring a busy and rewarding schedule.

Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive dental care, including fillings, root canals, extractions, implants, cores, crowns, and bridges.
- Manage a schedule that includes seeing 12-15 patients per day, with an average of 5 emergency exams per day.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including a Pediatric Dentist, Orthodontist, and other General Dentists.
- Utilize advanced technology and software (Dentrix Ascend) to enhance patient care.
- Participate in continuing education and team-building activities to maintain a high standard of care.
- Handle a significant portion of new patients, ensuring the continued growth and success of the practice.
Requirements:
- DMD or DDS from an accredited dental school
- Valid state dental license (or in the process of obtaining)
- 2-5 years of experience preferred; new grads will be considered
- Strong clinical skills in general dentistry, with the ability to perform specialty procedures such as endodontics and oral surgery
- Commitment to providing exceptional patient care in a collaborative environment
