Practice Overview:
Our client has a thriving private dental practice located in Buckhead, Georgia, is seeking an experienced and driven Practice Manager to lead thier team. With a focus on high-end patient care, they generate approximately $1.5 million in annual revenue and offer both fee-for-service and PPO options. Their office is fully equipped with modern dental technology, including a CBCT unit, and is staffed by a dedicated team of professionals, including two full-time hygienists.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the dental practice, ensuring efficient workflow and high-quality patient care
- Lead and manage the dental team, fostering a positive work environment and ensuring accountability
- Monitor, analyze, and manage dental practice Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to ensure practice goals are met
- Collaborate with the dentist and team to manage the profit and loss (P&L) statement, making data-driven decisions to optimize practice performance
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and safety standards
- Handle patient relations, addressing concerns and ensuring a high level of patient satisfaction
- Manage scheduling, billing, collections, and financial operations within the practice
- Implement and track staff training, development, and performance evaluations
- Manage inventory, ordering, and vendor relationships to ensure efficient supply management
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of dental practice management experience, with proven leadership skills
- Strong understanding of dental KPIs and experience managing to a profit and loss (P&L) statement
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to lead independently and make critical decisions to ensure practice success
- Familiarity with dental software and systems
- Proficiency in financial and operational reporting
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to managing challenges
