Position Overview:
Our client is seeking an experienced Removable Prosthetic Technician to join our Implant Dentures Department. The ideal candidate will have exceptional technical skills in denture fabrication and be comfortable being part of a team while maintaining the highest standards of quality and production. This is a non-management position, so they just need someone who has excellent bench skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contribute to the quality and efficiency of production within the Implant Dentures Department.
- Collaborate with a team of technicians to ensure timely and accurate completion of implant denture cases.
- Assist in the distribution of casework and coordinate with the Supervisor of Implant Dentures to prioritize tasks.
- Provide technical support to team members to maintain high-quality standards and meet delivery deadlines.
- Participate in departmental meetings, providing input on departmental activities and performance.
- Support the department’s staffing needs by ensuring smooth workflow, particularly during busy periods and staff absences.
- Assist in maintaining the physical organization of the department, including equipment setup and basic maintenance.
- Identify and suggest opportunities for process improvements and training to enhance department operations.
- Assist in training new employees and contribute to team performance by providing feedback and support.
- Perform final inspections on finished products to ensure they meet quality standards before release.

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a dental lab, with at least 6 years in Implants/Dentures.
- Expertise in case planning, materials, and protocols specific to implant dentures.
- Proficiency in full set-ups from start to finish.
