Job Overview:

Our client is seeking a Customer Service Support Liaison with a background in dental assisting or front office duties to serve as the primary point of contact for our dental provider clients. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and the ability to respond to client inquiries promptly and professionally. This role offers the opportunity for growth into the laboratory side, depending on the candidate’s skills and interests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the main point of contact for dental providers, addressing questions and ensuring their needs are met in a timely manner.
  • Provide detailed and accurate information regarding products, services, and orders.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and ensure efficient operations.
  • Maintain professional and courteous communication with clients via phone, email, and other channels.
  • Develop strong relationships with dental providers to understand their needs and provide exceptional service.
  • Track and manage client accounts, ensuring any follow-up is completed efficiently.
  • Support administrative tasks and assist with lab operations as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Previous dental background (dental assisting, front office experience, or similar roles) is required.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Tech-savvy with basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, practice management software, etc.).
  • Willingness to learn and potentially expand into laboratory duties.
