We are seeking a skilled General Dentist to join our team at a well-established private practice in Beavercreek, OH. Job Overview:
- Provide high-quality dental care, including diagnostic, preventative, restorative, and surgical dental care services to patients
- Provide leadership and direction to clinical support staff in all areas of patient treatment
- Adhere to established procedures and all federal and government regulations, including the state dental board rules and regulations, HIPAA and OSHA regulations
- Create dental treatment plans and coordinate oral health care while educating patients, guardians, and support staff while maintaining patient records according to compliance standards
- Utilize modern dental technologies to deliver exceptional patient care

Requirements:
- Education: Must have a Dental degree (DDS or DMD) from an accredited School of Dentistry
- Experience: Demonstrate clinical proficiency in various dental procedures, strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Communication: Strong ability to effectively communicate with patients and dental team is fundamental
- Commitment: Demonstrate a dedication to ethical practices and patient-centered care
- Continuous Learning: Proficiency in using modern dental technologies and a willingness to stay updated through continuous education are essential
Schedule:
- Monday: 8 AM – 5 PM
- Tuesday: 8 AM – 4 PM
- Wednesday: 7:30 AM – 5 PM
- Thursday: 8 AM – 4 PM
