Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Oral Surgeon to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for oral surgery and a commitment to delivering exceptional patient care. Key Responsibilities:
- Perform a full scope of oral and maxillofacial surgical procedures, including extractions, dental implants, bone grafting, and corrective jaw surgery.
- Collaborate with referring dentists and healthcare professionals to develop comprehensive treatment plans.
- Provide patient consultations, explaining surgical procedures and treatment options clearly and compassionately.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, ensuring compliance with all regulatory and practice standards.
- Participate in internal marketing initiatives to strengthen referral relationships and enhance practice growth.
- Stay updated on the latest advancements in oral and maxillofacial surgery through continuing education and professional development.

Qualifications:
- DMD/DDS from an accredited dental school.
- Completion of an accredited oral and maxillofacial surgery residency program.
- Board certification or eligibility preferred.
- Licensed or eligible for licensure in Kentucky.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on patient-centered care.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented practice.
