About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced CAD/CAM Manager to join our team. In this role, you will oversee our CAD/CAM department, specializing in digital dental workflows. The ideal candidate must have extensive experience with Exocad and 3Shape software, ensuring precision in design and production while managing daily operations of the department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the CAD/CAM department’s day-to-day operations, ensuring timely and accurate design and production of dental restorations.
- Utilize Exocad and 3Shape software to design high-quality dental restorations, including crowns, bridges, implants, and other prosthetics.
- Train and mentor team members on the use of CAD/CAM technologies, workflows, and best practices.
- Collaborate closely with dentists, lab technicians, and other stakeholders to ensure the highest level of patient care and product quality.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to software, hardware, or production processes.
- Maintain a high level of quality control and ensure adherence to all relevant standards and protocols.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest advancements in CAD/CAM technology and integrate new tools and techniques as necessary.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience with Exocad and 3Shape CAD/CAM software is required.
- Strong understanding of digital dental workflows, including design, milling, and 3D printing.
- Excellent technical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage a team, delegate tasks, and ensure smooth operation of the department.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve software and production issues quickly and efficiently.
- Knowledge of dental materials and restoration techniques.
- Experience in dental laboratory or related field is preferred.
