Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Dental Ceramist to join our high-end dental lab. The ideal candidate will possess advanced experience in creating aesthetic and functional restorations, including crowns, veneers, and implants. Experience or formal training with cosmetic programs such as the Las Vegas Institute (LVI), Pankey Institute, Spear Education, and the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry (AACD) is essential. The position requires a deep understanding of the art and science behind cosmetic restorations and the ability to deliver exceptional results for high-end clientele.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and create high-quality dental restorations including crowns, bridges, veneers, and implants.
  • Work closely with dental professionals to ensure precise and accurate results.
  • Maintain consistent attention to detail and craftsmanship in creating restorations that meet or exceed aesthetic and functional expectations.
  • Utilize state-of-the-art techniques and materials to achieve the highest levels of accuracy, durability, and esthetics.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and techniques by attending continuing education programs.
  • Collaborate with the team to continuously improve processes and outcomes.
  • Ensure all work meets the standards set by LVI, Pankey, Spear, or AACD guidelines.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Dental Ceramist in a high-end dental lab environment.
  • Formal training or certification in cosmetic dental programs such as LVI, Pankey Institute, Spear Education, or AACD.
  • Strong knowledge of dental anatomy, esthetics, and the latest materials/techniques in cosmetic dentistry.
  • High level of precision, attention to detail, and artistry.
  • Ability to collaborate with a dental team to achieve optimal outcomes.
  • Excellent communication and time-management skills.
  • Commitment to continuous learning and development in the field.

Preferred Skills:

  • Proficiency with digital dentistry tools (CAD/CAM, 3D printing).
  • Certification or membership with AACD.
  • Experience working with high-profile or discerning clientele.
