Job Opportunity
They are seeking a full-time Branch Manager or Territory Sales Manager to manage sales operations and drive growth in the Ottawa region. As a rapidly growing company, they offer excellent career opportunities for individuals looking to contribute to an industry-leading organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales growth and maximize revenue by developing and maintaining client relationships in the assigned territory.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed weekly, monthly, and annual sales targets.
- Identify new sales opportunities while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.
- Conduct product demonstrations and manage client objections with in-depth product knowledge.
- Monitor local market conditions to assess current and future sales opportunities.
- Network within the industry to enhance company reputation and presence.
- Analyze territory performance data and adjust strategies based on client feedback and market interactions.
Qualifications:
- Direct or outside sales experience, within the dental industry.
- Bilingual proficiency in French and English (both written and verbal) is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Time management and organizational skills with a demonstrated ability to meet sales goals.
