They are seeking a dedicated and skilled General Dentist to join its team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about providing comprehensive dental care and committed to enhancing patients’ oral health. This role offers the opportunity to work in a modern facility equipped with cutting-edge technology, serving a diverse patient base.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform comprehensive dental examinations and diagnose oral health issues.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients.
- Conduct routine procedures such as fillings, crowns, bridges, and extractions.
- Perform specialized procedures including endodontics, oral surgery, implants, and dentures.
- Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and preventive care.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.
- Collaborate with dental hygienists, assistants, and administrative staff to ensure optimal patient care.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in dentistry and participate in continuing education opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from an accredited institution.
- Valid state dental license in Kansas.
- Proficiency in general and specialized dental procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to providing high-quality patient care.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Willingness to engage in community outreach and education.
Experience:
- New graduates are welcome to apply.
- 2-5 years of clinical experience preferred.
- Experience with digital dental technology is a plus.
