Porcelain Department Manager and Quality Control Supervisor
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Porcelain Department Manager and Quality Control Supervisor to join our team. This full-time position offers the opportunity to lead and ensure the highest quality standards in porcelain fabrication while fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.
Responsibilities
- Build, contour, and glaze restorations using a variety of materials.
- Utilize advanced knowledge of anatomy, morphology, and function to create precise and functional restorations.
- Take custom shades to ensure optimal patient satisfaction.
- Craft life-like restorations with an exceptional level of quality and aesthetics.
- Supervise and ensure quality control processes within the porcelain department.
- Collaborate with the team to meet production deadlines and maintain high standards.
Qualifications
- Advanced knowledge of anatomy, morphology, and function.
- Proven expertise in porcelain fabrication, including building, contouring, and glazing.
- Ability to create restorations with outstanding aesthetic and functional quality.
- Experience taking custom shades is required.
- CDT certification is preferred but not required.
Compensation
- Salary: $75,000.00 – $100,000.00 per year, commensurate with experience and knowledge.
