Job Title: CAD/CAM Department Manager

Location: Lauderhill, FL – In-person position

Compensation: $75,000-$100,000 based on experience with full benefits

Position Overview:

We are seeking a CAD/CAM Department Manager to oversee and optimize the workflow of cases within our CAD department. This role requires an expert-level designer with deep knowledge of 3Shape software, with additional experience in Exocad and Blender for Dental being a plus. Candidates must have an advanced understanding of dental anatomy and morphology, including a proven ability to manage complex implant-based restorations and Hybrid/All-on-X designs.

Key Responsibilities:

Case Review:

  • Evaluate incoming cases to ensure proper case planning and material selection for the best possible outcomes.

Workflow Management:

  • Assign work to the appropriate team members based on skill level and case complexity.
  • Maintain an efficient and organized workflow within the department.

Case Design:

  • Personally handle the design of challenging or high-priority cases to meet deadlines.

Quality Control:

  • Review and verify the quality of designs completed by team members or outsourced partners.
  • Ensure all designs meet the highest standards of precision, functionality, and aesthetics.

Qualifications:

  • Required:
  • Expert-level proficiency in 3Shape software.
  • In-depth knowledge of dental anatomy, morphology, and implant-based restorations.
  • Strong experience with Hybrid/All-on-X designs.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and lead a team in a high-paced environment.
  • Preferred:
  • Experience with Exocad and Blender for Dental.
  • Proven ability to troubleshoot and provide creative solutions for complex design challenges.
