Job Title: Experienced Dental Ceramist
Location: Port Washington, NY
Compensation: $100,000 – $120,000 (commensurate with experience)

Position Summary:
We are seeking an Experienced Dental Ceramist with a strong understanding of dental morphology and anatomy, a passion for high-quality aesthetic cases, and the ability to collaborate effectively with dental providers. This role involves a combination of bench work and provider interfacing, with opportunities for growth into a management position over time.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create custom dental restorations with an emphasis on high-end aesthetic cases.
- Work closely with dental providers to ensure accurate interpretation of their vision and case requirements.
- Utilize knowledge of morphology and anatomy to achieve optimal functional and aesthetic outcomes.
- Maintain the highest standards of quality in all bench work and fabrication processes.
- Support and guide less experienced team members as needed.
- Contribute to the ongoing improvement of processes and techniques.
- Transition into a management role as responsibilities and opportunities expand.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 10 years of experience as a Dental Ceramist, with a focus on high-end aesthetic cases.
- Exceptional knowledge of dental morphology and anatomy.
- Strong skills in bench work and restorative fabrication.
- Proven ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with dental providers.
- Passion for precision, artistry, and attention to detail.
- Management or leadership experience is a plus, with an interest in transitioning into a management role.
