Position Details:
- Schedule: Full-Time, 4 to 5 days/wk.
- New Grads Welcome: Yes
- Focus Areas: Restorative, endodontics, surgical extractions, bread & butter dentistry
Key Responsibilities:
- Comprehensive Dental Care: Provide a full spectrum of dental services, including examinations, cleanings, fillings, crowns, bridges, and extractions.
- Endodontic Procedures: Perform molar endodontic treatments, including root canal therapies, ensuring high-quality patient outcomes.
- Patient Education: Educate patients on oral hygiene practices, treatment plans, and preventive care to promote long-term dental health.
- Treatment Planning: Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and best practices.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including treatment notes and medical histories.
- Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with dental assistants, hygienists, and administrative staff to ensure efficient practice operations.
Qualifications:
- Educational Background: Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from an accredited institution.
- Licensure: Active dental license in the state of Illinois.
- Experience: Open to new graduates; 2+ years of clinical experience preferred but not required.
- Skills: Strong diagnostic abilities, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to patient-centered care.
