About the Opportunity

We are assisting our client in finding an experienced and talented General Dentist to join their growing practice in Aubrey, TX. This full-time position offers clinical autonomy in a supportive, patient-centered environment. This role is working as a solo provider so candidates must feel comfortable working as the sole provider in the practice.

Practice Overview

Job Responsibilities

  • Perform comprehensive general dentistry, including exams, cleanings, fillings, crowns, bridges, and extractions
  • Diagnose and develop treatment plans to meet patients’ oral health needs
  • Provide endodontic and restorative procedures (preferred but not required)
  • Maintain a high standard of patient care with a focus on comfort and quality
  • Educate patients on oral health, prevention, and treatment options
  • Collaborate with the dental team to ensure a seamless patient experience
  • Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations

Position Details

  • Experience Requirement: Minimum of 1 year of private practice experience
  • Clinical Scope: Bread-and-butter dentistry; candidates comfortable with endo and restorative are highly encouraged to apply
  • Earning Potential: Competitive compensation based on % of collections with a daily guarantee
