Job Description: Dental Ceramist – Crown, Bridge & High-End Aesthetic Cases
Location: Huntsville, Alabama
Compensation: $80,000 – $110,000 (based on experience)

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Dental Ceramist specializing in crown and bridge work, as well as high-end aesthetic cases, including veneers, for our dental lab in Huntsville, Alabama. This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate ceramist who is well-versed in all aspects of ceramics from start to finish in the fixed department. Key Responsibilities:
- Fabricate high-quality crowns, bridges, and veneers, ensuring superior aesthetics and function.
- Work with a variety of ceramic materials to create precise, lifelike, and durable restorations.
- Expertly handle all phases of ceramic work, including wax-ups, porcelain build-ups, contouring, staining, and glazing.
- Execute high-end aesthetic cases requiring exceptional attention to detail and artistic skill.
- Collaborate with clinicians and team members to ensure accuracy, fit, and superior esthetics.
- Stay current with the latest advancements in dental ceramics, materials, and techniques.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workspace while managing multiple cases effectively.
Qualifications:
- Extensive experience in crown and bridge ceramics, with a strong focus on high-end aesthetic cases, including veneers.
- Expertise in ceramic layering, shade matching, and natural morphology for high-quality esthetic outcomes.
- Strong knowledge of ceramic materials, techniques, and tools.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality.
- Detail-oriented with excellent hand-eye coordination and an artistic touch.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Previous experience in a high-end, quality-focused dental lab is preferred.
