Job Title: Office Manager
Location: San Diego, CA
Salary: $100,000 – $120,000 annually + Bonus
About the Role:
Our client in San Diego is seeking a dedicated, experienced, and results-driven Office Manager to join their team. This pivotal role will oversee day-to-day office operations, ensuring smooth workflow and high-quality patient care. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership abilities, a deep understanding of process and change management, and the skills necessary to drive operational excellence across multiple locations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all administrative functions and manage office operations for optimal efficiency across multiple locations.
- Lead and supervise a team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Handle accounts receivable, including billing, collections, and follow-up on outstanding payments.
- Ensure patient records are maintained in compliance with privacy regulations.
- Coordinate scheduling, patient communications, and office supplies management.
- Develop and implement office policies and procedures to improve workflow and productivity.
- Assist in training new staff and provide ongoing support to the team.
- Manage payroll and ensure financial records are up-to-date and accurate.
- Collaborate with upper management to meet business goals and improve office performance.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure financial and operational success.
- Oversee P&L management and drive financial performance.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5+ years of dental management experience, preferably in a multi-location setting.
- Strong understanding of process and change management.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to build strong teams and develop effective processes.
- Extensive knowledge of KPI tracking and P&L management.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong knowledge of accounts receivable and financial processes.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with excellent organizational skills.
- Knowledge of medical billing related to oral surgery is a plus.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Base salary of $100,000 – $120,000 annually, plus performance-based bonus.
