Job Title: Crown & Bridge Contour Technician

Compensation: $25–$35 per hour (Annualized: $52,000–$72,800)

About the Lab:

We are a growing fixed dental laboratory located in Charlotte, NC, specializing in high-quality crown and bridge restorations. As a small but expanding lab, we offer a collaborative environment with room for professional growth, skill development, and increased responsibility as we scale.

Position Overview:

We are currently seeking a skilled Crown & Bridge Contour Technician capable of processing up to 40 units per day. The ideal candidate has a strong eye for detail, experience in anatomical contouring, and the ability to maintain efficiency without compromising quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform accurate contouring and shaping of crown and bridge units
  • Ensure proper occlusion, anatomy, and esthetics for each case
  • Work closely with other technicians to maintain workflow and timelines
  • Maintain high-quality standards in all restorations
  • Assist in other areas of production as needed during lab growth

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in crown and bridge contouring
  • Ability to contour up to 40 units per day with precision
  • Strong understanding of dental anatomy and morphology
  • Familiarity with lab equipment and tools related to fixed restorations
  • Detail-oriented with excellent hand-eye coordination
