Opportunity for a Surgical/Cosmetic General Dentist or Prosthodontist

A well-established, patient-centered dental practice is seeking a skilled Surgical or Cosmetic General Dentist or Prosthodontist to join their high-performing, collaborative team. This opportunity is ideal for a provider with a passion for complex restorative and cosmetic cases, implant dentistry, and full-mouth rehabilitation.

Position Highlights:

  • Diagnose and treat patients requiring advanced restorative procedures including crowns, bridges, veneers, dentures, All-on-X, and full-mouth reconstructions
  • Provide implant consultations and collaborate on treatment planning and placement
  • Work alongside experienced general dentists, specialists, and in-house dental lab technicians
  • Deliver personalized, high-quality care in a technologically advanced setting
  • Educate patients on treatment options and maintain high standards of safety and clinical excellence

Ideal Candidate Qualifications:

  • DDS/DMD from an accredited program
  • Completed Prosthodontics residency (for specialists) or advanced training in surgical/cosmetic procedures (for GPs)
  • Kois Center or Spear Institute graduate strongly preferred
  • Licensed to practice dentistry in the U.S.
  • Committed to continuing education and professional growth
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Annual earnings range: $400,000–$700,000 (production-based)
