What You’ll Be Doing
- Provide high-quality preventive and therapeutic care, including SRP, fluoride, and patient education
- Perform comprehensive exams, take digital X-rays, and help patients understand their treatment plans
- Collaborate with dentists and assistants to create a smooth and efficient patient experience
- Maintain thorough and accurate documentation and uphold the highest clinical standards
- Deliver care with empathy, professionalism, and a team-first attitude
What You Bring
- Active Ohio RDH license (or ability to obtain prior to start)
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree from an accredited dental hygiene program
- Strong communication skills and a passion for educating patients
- Positive attitude, reliability, and a commitment to top-tier care
